Phase 1: Technical testing of clays for use in LC3
- Undertaking field visits and sampling kaolinitic
- Laboratory testing and analysis of all the raw clay samples
- Determination of pozzolanic reactivity of clay
- Test report and recommendations for LC3 suitability
- Survey to be made by TARC senior team at predetermined locations in association with cement companies
- Local logistics and accommodations of 2 senior experts to be borne by the client.
- Selection of clay in association with cement company based on viability.
- 5 kg clay of each type to be ground (pulveriser) and sent to TARC
